Charles Nicholls, Founder
Charles Nicholls is Founder and Chief Strategy Officer of SeeWhy, and Chairman of the SeeWhy Conversion Academy.
He founded SeeWhy in 2003 with a vision to create a new generation of real time analytics to revolutionize the way we analyze and use customer data. The explosion of individual customer data across ecommerce, mobile and social channels presents a unique opportunity to deliver against the promise of 1-to-1 marketing.
In his role as an advisor to leading companies globally, Charles has worked with many of the world’s top companies on their web and customer analytics programs, including Amazon.com, Ebay, Lands End, MasterCard and a many smaller companies.
In his role as researcher, analyst and author, Charles writes regularly for different industry publications including Mashable, ClickZ, Practical eCommerce and CustomerThink. Prior to SeeWhy, Charles was an executive officer of real-time analytics company HNC Software. (now FairIsaac Corporation) and Head of Business Objects Analytics division (now SAP).
